19 Wireless Bras Really Look Good

1. Hanes convertible wireless bra to wear regularly or with a criss-cross option. Reviewers with small cups, large cups, breast augmentations, real boobs, growing pregnancy boobs, and more rave about how comfy it is to wear.

One reviewer even noted that they wore this as their “recovery bra” after having a breast augmentation. Also, heads up: This bra is deliberately made of thinner material so it’s not going to conceal the nipples, if you care about that. It’s best to wear during hot weather OR with thicker shirts.

Promising review: “I can’t believe I have been missing out on wireless bras for sooooooooooo long!! It fits perfectly. It almost feels like I’m not wearing a bra but it still maintains comfortable support. I even wore it rollerblading and it did a great job keeping everything in place without feeling uncomfortable at all. It is a tiny bit thin but if worn with a T-shirt over the top, then the nipples don’t show through. Additionally, the bra itself doesn’t show through T-shirts. The one thing that freaked me out a bit about it, is the front clasps. I felt a little anxious that they may unclip unintentionally while wearing but so far they have stayed in place just fine! I appreciate the thinner straps that this bra has, as well. Now that I know the wonders of wireless bras, I plan on buying many more of these and never going back.” —Rachel

Get it from Amazon for $9.10+ (available in sizes S-XXL).

2. wire-free scoop bra that’s designed for people with small boobs who have trouble securing the right, comfy fit. It’s got shallower cups (buh-bye gaps) and stretchy material designed to follow your curves to a T. It’ll also come in inclusive flesh-toned options so you get your perfect nude!

I — President Of The Itty Bitty Committee who’s never been satisfied with bras because of how ill-fitting they always are — own this in the brown hue shown above. It is hands-down the best bra I’ve ever owned. Finally, I actually want to wear a bra now? That was never the case before I owned this bra and one in another style from Pepper. The only downside (if you care about this) is that the brand doesn’t sell matching underwear. I’d also like to see Pepper expand into swimwear because if I could just get a bikini top to fit me as well as this bra, I would be so very happy.

Oh yeah, it’s made by a small, woman-owned business called Pepper! Peep this blurb from the shop:

“An unapologetic bra brand for small-chested women of all sizes, Pepper was co-founded by first-generation Chinese American Jaclyn Fu, who was inspired by her own struggles of countless ill-fitting styles and ridicule she faced as a smaller-breasted woman. As a small business serving a niche market, Pepper launched on Kickstarter in 2017 with a goal to raise $10,000 — a goal reached within the first 10 hours of their campaign. Fu’s story resonated with so many women who had similar experiences— who were tired of negative body images and traditional bra sizing that didn’t work— further affirming why a bra company like Pepper was needed.”

Promising review (for the fit): “Thank you Pepper Bra! What a spectacular bra for small-chested women. Wish you had been around in the 1960s! Everything y’all say about the bra is true. (Fit, lift & no gaps) I gave two as a gift recently and my bra drawer now has 6!!! I love the laundry bag too.” —Jackie Friesenhahn
Promising review (for the nude options): “I’ve never bought a color bra that matches my brown skin. I love how it’s the perfect nude for me. I have also never had a bra that didn’t make me feel insecure about my breast size. This bra is tailored so well to me, that I forget that I’m wearing one. There are no gaps or uncomfortable pinching or tightness! It’s the best and I’ll surely buy more!” —Alyssa Ponder

Get it from Pepper for $48 (available in sizes XXS-XL and seven hues).

3. bra designed specifically for larger boobs to get more wireless support than the expensive smartphone you probably have sitting next to you right now. Yasss!

Promising review: “I’ve bought so many different types and brands of bras that I feel like I’ve started a collection. This one tops them all! In fact, I went back and bought three more in different colors and threw all my other bras out. ‘The girls’ stay in place and there’s no back bulge. It’s comfortable with no pinching or digging into my skin. The straps are wide enough to be comfortable, too. And the cup thickness offers adequate coverage without the need for extra unnecessary bulk. The colors are pretty, too!”—NatJH

Get it from Amazon for $29.40+ (available in sizes 38C-44DD and in multiple styles and set options).

4. wire-free pushup bra that’ll give the boobs a boost without a stabby wire crashing the party.

Heads up, multiple reviewers who wear larger breast sizes noted that this bra runs big and you’ll want to size down since there isn’t an adjustable strap.

Promising review: “This is the most comfortable bra I own! It’s super soft, doesn’t dig into my ribs, and adds great volume to my breasts. I have a wonderful side profile shape when I wear it and it’s quality-made. I even sleep in these. Get a size smaller though because they run big.” —Alicia A. Dyson

Get it from Amazon for $23.99+ (available in sizes 32A-40D and six colors)

5. Hanes bra with loads of rave reviews — that’ll be fast-drying (bye, underboob sweat!) and uplifting (bye, gravity!). It’ll also reign supreme when it comes to preventing any unwanted sideboob spillage.

Promising review: “I’m a 36 DD or E, and even though it’s not listed, I decided to give this a try, in size large. It showed up looking kind of small, but when I put it on, it was nice and stretchy. It’s firm enough to hug you but not firm enough to give you bumps from digging into your skin. I was amazed I had support, my boobs look fantastic, and I even have some separation, the girls aren’t crammed together in a uni-boob. I haven’t had issues with sweat and I often forget I have this bra on. I’m ordering more of these — lots more.” —PDX Alicia

Get it from Amazon for $11.99+ (available in sizes S-3X and in multiple colors and sets).

6. super stretchy sleep yoga bra that’ll definitely challenge your affinity for going braless at night. It has stretchy, breathable fabric and removable padding.

Promising review: “I bought these based on positive reviews but my expectations were still pretty low based on that price. I’ve bought other wireless bralettes on Amazon and am often disappointed. I had breast reduction surgery last year (woohoo!) and ‘normal’ bras are still uncomfortable on my incisions. Plus now, I don’t need a ton of support. Anyway, these are incredibly comfortable! I’m one of those people who’s constantly chafing at itchy tags or seams, and these are almost undetectable while I’m wearing them. I wear them without the pads. It’s hot and humid where I am and they are still really comfortable which was my other concern. My only note (not really a complaint) is they’re cut high in the front, so if you’re wearing a V-neck, then it will probably show but it looks like the edge of a camisole and the pale peach is pretty, so I don’t mind. Also, like a lot of Amazon bras, these run small — I’d order up a size if you’re interested in the comfort aspect, although they’re stretchy enough that I could have fit into my regular medium. They don’t give me bulges along the back and under the arms, which is also great.” —Inside the Beltway
Get it from Amazon for $19.89+ (available in sizes S-XL and 13 styles).

7. “Cloud” contour bra — per the reviews, it will have your boobs feeling like they’re literally floating on cloud nine.

Promising review: “This is the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. I don’t know how in the heck they did it but I swear to god this thing is somehow more comfortable than free-titting it. It’s like there are angels with silk hands holding my breasts up on cloud pillows while feeding me cotton candy and telling me I’m pretty. It’s pretty epic. It isn’t just comfortable, either. The thing actually holds my tits up, too! I’m not sure what sort of sorcery this is but I am a big fan.” —rmsd

Get it from Amazon for $15+ (available in sizes 32A-40C and in 16 colors).

Promising review: “I was looking for a bra to wear on work-from-home days — like a sports bra, but comfortable. Like a bralette when you don’t care about lacey details peeking out. This fits the bill. It is SO comfortable and feels like you’re wearing nothing. I can wear it under dark tops and run to the store. It doesn’t totally conceal nipples, so it’s not something I’d want to wear out. It’s ideal for lounging.” —Smf284

Promising review: “I love it! It is a bit snug on the first wear, however, most bras of this type are and should be! It has conformed to my measurements and the molded cups aren’t regular thin pad molding. There is a ‘ridge’ of extra padding that runs along the underboob of the padding as well to offer more push up and filler. The band is tight for a small so if you have some skin to grab around that area I’d suggest going for a medium. The small fit me just fine though. I’m 5-foot-6, 130 pounds with a slim-athletic build, and I wear a size 34B. Hope this helps others!” —Sarah
Get the bra from Amazon for $22.99+ (available in sizes XS-XL and seven colors) and the matching undies for $13.54+ (available in sizes XS-3X plus and 37 colors).

Promising review: “I’ve always loved bralettes, but for the longest time I couldn’t find one that fit a smaller ribcage but bigger boobs! I’m normally a 32F/34E so most bralettes at other places don’t fit me quite right. I would always spill out of the cups or have a band that was too big (and still spill out). This bralette is comfy and cute, and the ‘connector’ at the middle does a great job of holding my boobs inside the cups.” —Maivneng Yang
